Scott Mignola's poetry and fiction have appeared in small publications and have been distributed around the world in plastic capsules via Gumball Poetry machines (gumball included). In 2013 he founded digital publishing company Dog Boy Productions with the goal of introducing obscure public domain literature to a new audience. Along with Carlo Collodi’s classic THE ADVENTURES OF PINOCCHIO, DBP published Mignola’s sequel novel, PINOCCHIO'S FORGOTTEN LAND, about the ex-puppet’s failings as a real boy. He has visited dozens of allegedly haunted sites in the U.S. and abroad but remains skeptical.
