Daniel Kuo is a fiction writer based in Berkeley, California. His work has appeared in Colorado Review, Red Rock Review, Hyphen, and elsewhere, and has received recognition or support from Community of Writers, Tin House, and the San Francisco Writers Grotto. He earned his MFA in Fiction from UC Riverside, where he taught Writing and Creative Writing classes to students of all skill levels. Formerly a commercial litigation attorney, he received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, which he keeps in a very nice cardboard box in his closet. He is currently working on a novel.
